File Path?

Hi,
My OS is Win ME, Apache web server.
I published a folder contains some media files. As you know we can name files and folders in windows with spaces e.g my folder.
but there's a problem like this:
The alias of folder is named "mymedia" and I can reach it easy as:
http://localhost/mymedia
But the problem is lay in any file or folder inside it with name has a space, e.g
http://localhost/mymedia/my song.mp3.
the server tell me that file not found or page cannot be displayed.
However, I enabled Indexing in this folder apache configuaration, the very strange thing, that file appears and downloaded when I click on it during browsing.
So why when I write its url it does not work?

Ok,
Yes % = spaces in the URL, and this appears in my case too. But the question remains with no answer? How can I make them available?

This sounds like it would work but I haven't used it or even fully read about it but try the php command url encode.
