html tags to lowercase

Hi, can anybody help me out with a regexp to make html tags AND their attributes lowercase? The tags part is easy:

preg_replace("/<(/?)([A-z]+)","\\\\1".strtolower('\\\\2'),$my_html);

What I can't seem to figure out is how to get this to include any attributes as well. Please help!

Why not just use strtoloer?

Oh, nevermind... I suppose you don't want the attributes to be lower also...

I want the attributes lowered, but not the attribute values. For example, if I had:

 <A HREF="http://myhost.com/MyFile.html">

I would want this to become:

<a href="http://myhost.com/MyFile.html">

(Notice that "MyFile.html" has retained it's capitalization.
