help with querystring

If my database table is called Documents

With 3 fields: id ,title, and content

If I do a query of my database in my page justanexample.com/generatelinks.php whose output generates URL’s as links (with the "title" of each document as the name of the link) and the URL’s of the generated links are querystrings such as:

First link URL=justanexample.com/see.php?document=1 and name of the link is the first title and similar link URL’s are:
justanexample.com/see.php?document=2, etc.

I need help how to set up another script so that when user clicks on one of the generated links such as:
justanexample.com/see.php?document=2 they are taken to a new page with that URL and the page content has the title and content for the 2nd document

Please notice that I didn't check if $_POST['document'] is an integer, string, etc..

Thank you for above. Complicated for me at my stage to understand and then implement this but appreciated very much.
