attachment with mail

i have this mail script for an administration area where they can send an email to all users, but how can i add the possibility for them to send an attached file with that email?

plz download the sourcecode of the beginnersphp4(wrox publications) book from the downloads section of wrox.com site

unzip the file and you will get the directory name ch16(chapter16)

in that directory you can get the required programme
