Taking a html form using PHP

Hey all ... Im looking to call a html page from inside my php script .. But unsure how to ... Someone pleaseeeeee help me

e.g - I want my PHP script to call blah.html and display that page

include("blah.html");
?>

[gobbles]

I think im losing my mind ... I was working with "include" about 10mins before i posted this...
