Help Please

Ive got a PHP assignment due in on friday and I am stuck. Im not a programmer so you can probably see why I need help. Is there anybody out there who would like to attempt to do this assignment for me or at least point me in the right direction??

The best i can do is attach the assignment brief. Basically what I have to do is link a website to an Oracle database using PHP. The Oracle database is saved on my Homespace at University and is linked like this:

$handle = ora_plogon( "yourUserName@shu817", "yourPassword") or die;

I really done know where to start with this one!!
