Okay, it seems I've got PHP Nuke pre-installed on my server, but the problem is, I have no idea how to use it, or even where to access it....
If someone could help me out, I'd be very grateful.

Your best bet would be to consult the documentation that comes with it... or use the forums on phpnuke's web site: http://phpnuke.org/modules.php?name=Forums . It looks like they have a forum specifically for install issues.
