A client of mine is insisting on hosting his website on a certain server which he has specified, and looking at the phpinfo page for the server, I have noticed that instead of file_uploads being set to on, it's set to 1. Is 1 the same as on, or does that mean it's off? I'm just wondering because the site he wants me to create will definately require him to upload images to the server via an administration side to the site.
Any help would be great.
