shopping cart for IPAQ

We are about to create a shopping cart system that needs to run on both PC and pocket pcs.

As usual the site will be created with PHP and mysql with standard HTML tags. Are we likely to run into any difficulties when viewing and ordering with pocket internet explorer?

Are there any major changes between i.e. for pc and the pocket version?

i dunno whether ur pocket pc use wml or other language..
i ever used wml with php to retrieve mysql db, it was working.
i was use nokia wap simulator.
u need to addtype .wml at apache configure .

IMHO...
if the pocket pc's browser can view a .php page
(which i think it can..)
than you would not be having problem to code your stuff...

try to do a simple 'hello world' and see if it can be viewed in the Pocket Pc browser (if i'm not mistaken, IE right??)
if everything okay,
than most probably, there would be no problemo on your application..

and i guess, php is available in most platform.. or browser..

anyway, do tell us how it goes eh..

if it can handle html 4 then i should be ok, just have to design the site so that it is able to run effectively on 320 wide screen as well as a big screen!
