comparision between php jsp asp

Dear All,
I have a simple questions
1) what are differences between jsp and php ,in what situations
you can go for jsp and in what situations you can go for php

2) what are differences between asp and php ,in what situations
you can go for jsp and in what situations you can go for php

I am unable to to give exace answer to these questions,

I request all, to plase send me some solution to these questions

i think they're all differnt ways toi skin a cat. They're all server side languages to produce HTML, so it's akin to asking "what are differences between coke and pepsi,in what situations
you can go for coke and in what situations you can go for pepsi". It's down to personal preference (ie which language you know) and what equipment you've got (if you have MS Server and IIS then ASP or JSP will be options, but if you've got apache then probably best bet is PHP - yes you can install php on IIS, and yes you can run asp's on non-windows, but in general that's what will decide a lot of people...)
