phpMyAdmin users

Hi,

How do I create different users for phpMyAdmin so that they login before using phpMyAdmin?
Better yet, I edited config.inc.php to user cookie as authentication method. Now, I have to login as me before I do something. How do I add users with different privilages?

there's a DB called "mysql", it should contain a table with all users with their corresponding rights
