Ok....I wanna add another window inside of my webpage....so that it loads something else..while my menu and other things still stay above it...is there anyway to make a window load something different on that webpage?....

If I am understanding your question properly, I would say you would want to use the HTML tag --

<iframe src="yourpage.html" height="400" width="400" scrolling="yes" frameborder="1">
</iframe>

scolling can be set to: yes, no, or auto
