I would like to know if there is any administrative for Cron? ...I don't know if there is one out there, but I know it would be extremely useful.

FYI, I would like to see the code for an admin interface for Cron so I can include it in an admin panel for sending a newsletter daily at 7:00 am... I would generally like the cron to be edited right from my program's admin panel.
