Warning: _oci_open_server: Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-12546 in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/test.php on line 2
when i simply run this script:
<?php $conn=ocilogon("user","pass",$dbname);
?>
i successfully installed oracle9i,and compile php with oracle and oci8 support,and start listener,
why still this problem??
i refered to ORA-12546,it says:
ORA-12546: TNS:permission denied
Cause: User has insufficient privileges to perform the requested operation.
Action: Acquire necessary privileges and try again.
i wonder what privileges?
