Menu's

What I want to do... is get a script.. which will make one particular thing come up on every single page...

Well - what I want to come up is the menu..
So I only have to put the script in, so every time something in the menu changes, I don't have to change it on every single page...

Any help will be much appreciated...
I tried reading through the tutorials... But none of it made much sense to me, and i tend to have a short attention span if I don't understand something.

Please help - if possible - please reply through email!

Use PHP's include function. This way you can make a nice menu file save it as something like menu_include.php and then wherever you want it on you page just do

include 'menu_include.php';
