Changes in 4.3.0?

Hey guys,
I've been poking around a few sites and haven't found anything readily available that outlines the changes that occurred in 4.3.0. I know that the GD libraries are now included by default, but then someone else mentioned that PEAR and a few other things are included as well. I'm not able to verify this from any "official" documentation though; do any of you know where I can go to read up on this?
