Mediumint[(m)]

on MEDIUMINT[(M)] [UNSIGNED] [ZEROFILL] , what should M be set to when setting up an unsigned variable with phpMyAdmin? I've looked through my "PHP and MySQL Web Development" book and the mySQL website and can't find any recommendations other than

M - Indicates the maximum display size. The maximum legal display size is 255.

unsigned MEDIUMINT goes from 0-16777215.

Never mind, I figured it out. 8 is the default.

TINTINT - default is 5
SMALLINT - default is 5
MEDIUMINT - default is 8
INT - default is 10
BIGINT - default is 20
