Hi all.
I'll try to keep this brief. I need to build a website for a company
that has specific functionality in mind. It would use PHP/MySQL in
combination with PGP or GnuPG on a secure server.
To be honest, I know HTML quite well, but I'm not a programmer,
and going through the PHP intro tutorials, I think it might be
juuuust that little bit more complicated than I can tackle
right now.
So... the question is...
Where do I go to find a good experienced programmer to help me
build this? I need someone who understands PHP and PGP or
GnuPG. It would be a business ap (and thus confidential), and
security is a big concern.
If this is not the appropriate place to post something like this,
I do apologize... please let me know where to put it instead...
