Are there any php beautifiers, I know there was Perl Tidy, and stuff... but what about for php? I have PHPIde, not sure the full extent of the program YET. Not sure about it making correct indents and stuff like that... but anyone know of any program that does it? Thanks 🙂

I've always felt that if you're beautifying your PHP after writing it, then you're missing out on the benefits of beautifying it in the first place. It's useful if you've got a pile of code by someone else that you want to reformat to your own taste, but your own could should already be formatted to your own taste! (Unless your own taste has changed...)
My own taste looks like shit hehe... All cluttered, but I read it just fine, but just so others can read it, and to make it look half-way decent, I keep proper indent with an editor most of the time... shrugs
Instead of making your code prettier, maybe you should join the ugly, "broken-source movement". 😃

I think Daynah, princess of PHP, should be our PHP beauty. Or maybe Elizabeth, with that wonderful red hat and goatee....

Pear (Yes! the one from pear.php.net) does it. even though it goes for beautifed code, they seem to forget the names of the classes they kept. they might have created a class abc_f1 but try to create object for abc_f2 . I think i will join there to fix these kinda bugs ( a hell lot of them ) after my exams get over.
Oh... it's a movement now??? Nothing like a good BS movement, I say...

Yes, I tried your "beautifer.org" link but it didn't have many suggestions for facial hair. Or bad teeth. Or shaved heads. Hmm.... perhaps I'll make a suggestion to the management over there. 🙂
