let me tell u the problim
i wana see the (physical address) for the users
the same that shown when u write
(ipconfig /all) in dos
or any number from the users pc that he cant change it
i wana show it useing PHP to block some users from my site
the ip can change and the other typical things

anyone can here here ?

There is no way to get the users physical address using php because information like that is not transferred in the headers. only their ip is. You could try banning a whole scope of ip's in htaccess though.
