Link Parsing, Address Return.

Alright, I am trying to figure out how to parse a link... I just want the actuall address itself...

so..

<a href="http://www.example.com/index.html">Blah</a>

I want to take out the the actual address and return it, or just put it in a variable... so it will actually return the [url]http://whatever.com,[/url] and also maybe get the "Blah" between the <a href=""> and </a>

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I'm sure cgraz could help me, lol... I am trying to find different things in the manual, looking through almost all the functions currently...
