Populating drop-down boxes with mySQL

Ok, I've searched thouroughly through these forums and I can't find anything that really helps me.

I have a big form that users can edit, that includes a bunch of drop down boxes (selBoxes) and text boxes. I need to populate all of these fields with the user's stored database information, so they can modify it and update it. My drop-down boxes are Yes/No where value = 1/0.

I'm not looking for you guys to write all my code for me, I just need to be pointed in the direction of a good tutorial or starting idea. I can add records and look them up just fine.
