Alrighty ... I'm trying to use MS Access w/ PHP and it's become clear to me I have to make the folder that the database and files are in not read-only. So I go to the directory ... right click it ... properties ... turn off read-only ... hit apply. But the changes aren't staying, it goes right back to being read-only. I also tried @ the command prompt "attrib -R +A -S -H c:\inetpub\wwwroot\website /S /D" and it went off without a problem but it still didn't change from read-only. Additionally, the read-only box isn't checked but rather colored in with a large green square if that helps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
