Inserting inot mySQL database

hi, i am having a bit of trouble with my members script. it originaly started as a simple login script tutorial but now i am onto creating a "edit profile" page. I have the tables in the database ready for the information to be input. But for the life of me i cannot think of how to make it so it inserts the data you have entered into the same row as your username and password.

could someone please help me 😃

The chances are, however, you simply need to UPDATE the row that the username and password are stored in.
