I have been trying to come up with a way to submit variables to a remote server and have that server recognize the submit as coming from the original server IP and not the "users" IP.
I have no control over the remote server and must submit a specifc set of variables. For security reasons the remote server requires a hash that is encoded with the expected server IP. The current problem being that so far no means of passing my variables to that server will be authorized becauase the IP will always be seen as coming from the users local IP and not the originating server IP.
Among other things I have tried a socket connection, which always fails. I have not and will not have access to curl.
