how to create scrolling text boxes and drop lists

Hi all,

its me again, my php form page is up and running, and functioning fine. Now its just some graphical edits that I am changing up.

I need to replace some of my text boxes with scrolling, bigger text fields. My current script for the text boxes is "<p><input type=\"text\" name=\"Address\" size=\"30\"></p>"
Can someone let me know what script I need to make it a bigger, scrolling box?
Also, it would be easier for me to include a drop down box for people to choose the county they live. Can this be done with a flat file behind my form page instead of a dbase like SQL? If so, any ideas about how to go about coding?

Anyway, you can use text areas for large boxes...

text area (which scrolls), scrolling textbox, one and the same..I figured it out. My bad I didn't get the lingo right, I am also registered in the newbie section..

Any guidance from anyone about the drop lists (again, sorry if they are not called this, my lingo is not up to par..) with a flat file backup?

You can have scrolling text by using the html <marquee> tags, but you can't get textboxes - the one used in forms, to scroll.

Textbox = single-line input box
Textarea = large input box usually used for addresses, and in email forms.
