server script timeout on specific page

quick one here:

is there a way to change the server script timeout for a specific page (script) rather than having to change it globally in php.ini?

also, I'm using IIS 5.0 and I got an CGI timeout message, but it was not PHP that gave me the message. Anyone know how to change that timeout variable also?

set_time_limit ( int seconds )

default is 30 (seconds)
