SELECT Queries and the Set/Enum field type

I have a Set field with 1, 2 and 3 (for example) as possiblities. Let's say I want to select all records with a 2 as one of the values. How would I go about doing this? I want records with the value of 2 to show up as well as records with the value of 1,2 or 2,3....you get the idea.

Found these lines in mysql.com documentation

Normally, you perform a SELECT on a SET column using the LIKE operator or the FIND_IN_SET() function:

mysql> SELECT FROM tbl_name WHERE set_col LIKE '%value%';
mysql> SELECT FROM tbl_name WHERE FIND_IN_SET('value',set_col)>0;
But the following will also work:

mysql> SELECT FROM tbl_name WHERE set_col = 'val1,val2';
mysql> SELECT FROM tbl_name WHERE set_col & 1;
