Im busy writting a mailing list manager. How can I track bounces and click throughs?

well, in the email you give them a link they can click/go to.

when someone goes to that page, use your database and keep a count.

How would I be able to read the bounce.

I dont want to strain my server by sending to people whose accounts dont exist anymore for whatever reasons.
