email attachment

i have an email form in an administration area to send an email to all site users at once, but what changes to i have to make to put an attach file option in this email?

open the url www.wrox.com

click on downloads

select the book php4beginnersguide

and download the zip fle that contain the book codes

unzip(extract) the zip file

your can a folder ch16 or chapter16

in that folder you can find a programme that is having email with attatchment

i already have downloaded that but it's way behond what i want, i just want a simple mail attachment, that's a whole newsletter administration.

can anyone point me in the right direction for that attachment code please?
