Contact Us form HELP

Hello everyone,
I'm new to all of this so please take pity on me and point me in the right direction. The more I read the more confused I become.
I need a simple "contact us" form that I can chage and edit as needed over time, but would like to use PHP or something that would "hide" our email address from spam bots and other critters crawling cyber space.

I thought either a drop down box, or radio check, or even hi light of nicks. 10 Staff members to pick from the form would be simple really. Using my html template to put the "form" into.

Everything I have seen and the one we have now works great if using ONE person or (email address) and even a CC or BCC, but I have not seen one that will let me have some PICK a person to send it to.

Is there one? If not where is a good place for me to start on this project?

Any advice and help will be greatly appreicated

Simply have all the email addresses kept in an array. Then, in the form, have the people listed from 0 to infinity (as far as you need).
Then, when the form is submitted, use the mail() function to send to $emails[$personid], where $emails[] is the array containing the email address and $personid is the id from the form.
You can also use file() or some other file functions to get the email addresses from a file.

You could also use a database. Simply use an ID just like above.

If you need help integrating this into your script, just ask.

Thanks for your help Mordecai,
It took me a few days but I did it the emails to send out to each person like they should. However, when the submit button is clicked I get t he grrrrrrr 404 error contact.php can not be found. It does not re direct them to them "thank you page"

Do you or anyone see what I've done wrong in below?

Try this instead:
header("Location: [url]http://[/url]".$SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].dirname($SERVER['PHP_SELF'])."/sent.html");

Though, it looks like yours should work. The only thing I can see is that you didn't give a directory name, but you probably know your own directory structure better than I.
