2 Servers, 1 Session and a headache

Dear Friends,

I'm running a B2C solution which works on one server and I need to use the HTTPS on another server without loosing the session information.

Who can I transfer the NON secure session information from one server to the SECURE server then load the session information (Vars.) into it.

The reloading of information is not the problem, it's to be able to sent it over to the other server and if I can encode (encrypt) it would be a great.

FYI, you can have http running on the same server as https, but that may be beyond your control for this problem.

I would recommend serializing your session data and storing it in a database which both servers have access to. You can then send the user to the https server and pass a key for their session data. The https server would use that key to retrieve their session info from the db then delete the record (as well as save the db session data to a local session).
