these tables?

Hi, this is rather a HTML question, but it relates to the template of my PHP program. So maybe you guys can help.

How do you make those tables as in http://www.vbulletin.org/? Those table with customized frames or table borders? What tool do you use? FrontPage, DreamWeaver? Any details?

Save that page, and open the page in a WYSIWYG editor (Dreamweaver etc) and you will be able to see how its done.

When I do stuff like that, I do it all by hand, in PHPEdit (a text editor).

well, I did tried with FrontPage, but the measurements don't seem to be very accurate when you did it yourself. I mean I know the structures of the table.
