Postal Address Finder

I'm currently working on a Shopping Basket Script and I want to include some functionality where the Customer can enter there Postcode and House Number and have there address prepopulated.

Does anyone out there know if this is possible or how to do it.

I did something similar a few years back. I don't know if things have changed since, but at the time we had to buy a yearly license of the PAF (postal address file) from the Royal mail / Post Office (I am rather assuming that you are in the UK from your wording).

This was not cheap 🙁

Some googling for postal address file may get some results.
