I am looking for a way for a user on my website to be able to do an instant message session from my website to our tech support, I looked on freshmeat.net and couldn't find anything, has anyone here ran into something like that?
I need it to just be a textbox or something on the webpage and on our end have something that would beep or in some way alert us someone is instant messageing us.
If anyone has an idea for this it would be helpful.
