I think PHP manual is available on a lot of website all over the world. If you search net with php-manual as keyword, you will be surprised to see how many returns.

If you have a linux or Max box, do yourself the favor of putting the php and whatever docs you have online and indexing them. htdig is quite nice for this and the beta supports phrase searching.
