If a hypotherical database is created about a group of people from a particular profession;and these professionals offer 10 different types of services;but any given professional may offer as few as 1 of these 10 services and others 6,7,8,9 or even all 10 of these services;and you also want to enter the prices each professional charges for each service they provide-to optimize things, what and how many different tables would you create and how would they be set up as per their fields? New at this and appreciate any input.

3 tables:

Table 1 contains personal information about the professional (Name, addresses, etc.) plus a unique key called ID

Table 2 contains information about services available, including a unique key called ID

Table 3 contains columns for person_ID, service_ID, and price.

This is a typical way to create a many to many relationship (each person can relate to more than one service, each service can relate to more than one person).
