Ok, I'm on a school network that is not using a Proxy but an automatic configuration script for the proxy. I have a computer on one network running apache and php and can surf the web. If I go to a computer in one classroom that is on a different network they have forbidden internet access and the ability to change any of the settings.
Is it possible to setup the computer running PHP to be a doorway to the internet where I open a PHP file on that computer using the other computer's IE browser and jump link to link?
The concept is like how Babble Fish (altavistata) translates websites itot different languages without leaving their site.
