Hello

Im new to Sql/php and i am using MySQL

I want to have a news page on my webpage but the "news" is held in a database with colums : ID , NewsText , NewsDate

How would i be able to just show the latest news entry ((which would be the highest ID)) on the page?

I want it like this so that they can also view the older news articles on a different page

hmmm

got another problem now!!

when i change the limit to 2 how can i show the NewsDate Along With the NewsText?

Sorry i tried that but i t didnt work...i tried a few changes and came up with this.

while ( $row = mysql_fetch_array($result) ) {
echo( $row["NewsDate"] . " " . $row["NewsText"] . "");
}
