PHP Question

Hi, I need to convert this page to php. Would I just insert the php tags in the beginning and end of the document and rename it to main.php ?

What do you want to reach with converting it to PHP.

If all you want to do is to give it a php extention, you can just rename it to main.php.

I built this Internet Treasure Hunt site and it basically, it works like an affiliate program.
Let's say you received an email with a special link in it. You then click on it and it sends you to www.aaatreasure.com/main.htm.
When you get to the signup form and fill it out and get accepted, the person that originally gave you that link will get credit for sending you to the site and signing up.

The whole program is stable now and was tested extensivley and will work, but i am trying to get it to start tracking people as soon as they get to the main.htm page instead of the signup.php page.

Have any ideas? because i'm fresh out at the moment.

How do you wanna track your web page?

I know a PHP image counter will work in this case.

Put the following code in HTML, and it will display the counts.
It's not that hard to write your own image counter, and there are plenty for free.
