I'm writing an(other) XML CMS application in PHP and I wanted to include some XSLT functionality. I know that this API has had considerable installation/efficiency problems and so I would like to poll everyone's opinion here regarding how widely adopted it is. My ISP certainly hasn't enabled the XSLT API, so what about your ISPs? Why is it so poorly supported?
