Merge/Combine PDFs on the fly in PHP?

I'm trying to merge/combine existing PDFs into one big PDF, based on a user's choices in an HTML form...Anyone have any ideas? I'm running PHP, mySQL, Apache, and RedHat (so Windows solutions won't work)...
