Thread resolved

How does this work? The thread starter clicks on the Thread Resolved link, but then how do anothers know if the thread has been resolved or not? There doesn't seem to be any new images or anything to let us know if a thread has been resolved or not.

Maybe someone can clarify this for me.

When the creator of a thread clicks the Resolved link it puts "[RESOLVED]" in front of the subject. This way when people look at the forum they will see "[RESOLVED] I need help..." so they know it's been resolved. Give it a try...

Only about 1 out of every 50 threads have [RESOLVED] in front of it, so I didn't notice it at first.

EDIT: [RESOLVED] only works in PHP Help forums?

It works in every forum.

BTW, was that you tha I spoke to regarding this, via email? I meant to get back to your last message, but haven't yet.

No, I don't think that was me. You can check the email address with my account's email address.
