Finding out generated form field names...

This is a weird problem. I have created a moderation kind of system for my post your movie review site.

So when I go to my admin page all reviews waiting for approval are displayed with two radio buttons Approve/Disapprove. I then select approve or disapprove and submit the form.....the form then checks the variables and should delete or alter values in the mysql table. (which isn't a problem)

But generating the form...and checking for approval or disapproval
is a problem 😐

In other words...how do I generate the "names" for the radio buttons according to the reviews from the database ...and then how do I check these radio buttons when the form is submitted....

two things:

1.) why don't you do: form.php?site_id=siteid?
2.) use a drop down menu rather than check boxes
