[Resolved] Arranging dates in PHP

Hey

Im very new to php and have a problem. Im needing to keep track of the dates that my company has decided to do training classes on. The dates are stored in a MySQL database in the following form:

2004-01-01

Im needing to display them in php with the earliest at top, and farthest away at bottom.

Does anyone know how to do this?

If you use ORDER BY date DESC, what happens?
I'm not that great at MySQL, but sometimes I find that the answer to some weird questions are some of the most basic commands.

Desc listed them backwards, but Asc did the trick.
