Lines around my text

Hello, How can i put lines around my text in php? i'm using the tag table to load several pages, but i don´t want to use table border, i want one fine line looks like the left side of the home page of phpbuilder.com, there i can see several text inside frame with lines, i need to do it same.

hrm, The way I usually do it would be something like this...

<table border=0 bgcolor="black" width="60%" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="2">
<tr bgcolor="white"><Td>Testing testing testing</td></tr>
</table>

Makes a white table, with blackline, although there is another way in CSS to do it, I can't remember though, check out www.webmonkey.com for that 🙂
