Echo truncated on first load

I have been working with PHP for a while and sometimes my server will randomly not echo all the "stuff" between my quotes... but with a new site I have been working on it will consistantly truncate a spot in the code the first time it loads. If I hit refresh its fine... but the first time it loads it pulls this crap.

I have tried viewing the page on several browsers and comps and same results every time. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

I am including my menu and top graphics through an include() method.. but that doesnt seem to be the prob... also, I open and close PHP throughout the code.. but I have done that on several sites I have worked on (although many advise not to).

Anyway... any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like a problem in the code, but it's hard to tell without seeing some of the code. Any chance you could include a few snippets that we could use to try on our own environments?

You could also try building a simpler version of what you're doing that uses the same include() methods to see if you still have the problem. Narrow it down to a few simple echo statements per included script or something.
