I'm a bit rusty on my German, but if you could repost your question in English, you are likely to get many more responses.

From what I can understand, you are trying to sort, but that doesn't really make much sense without knowing more information. Perhaps you could offer a bit more detail on what it is you're trying to accomplish.

SU Rudmanns/Stift#213#89#31#93#540#537#3#269#280

in this case, those lines should be sorted by the 6. value in each line. this is value 561 in the first line, 623 in the second and 540 in the third one.

so the output should be following:

USC Großglobnitz#215#120#36#59#623#385#238#351#204 USC Friedersbach#215#100#23#92#561#568#-7#289#266
SU Rudmanns/Stift#213#89#31#93#540#537#3#269#280

Look up the explode() function. You can take each line as a string and explode() the value between each # into an array. Then just sort by the sixth value of each array.
