Could you clarify a bit more on what you're trying to achieve?
What you're doing there, is getting the timestamp from your server, then adding 15 hours to it, and converting it to the date format with the @ between date and time.
Do you still want the extra 15 hours added to it, or was that how you were setting it to EST?
