Okay, i know this should be soooo simple but the past two nights have resulted in nothing but my own brain spattering against my screen...
Here's what I need to do -
Given:
<img ... some attirbs ... src="anImage.gif" ... other attribs ... >
- or -
<img ... some attribs ... src='anImage.gif" ... other attribs ... >
- or -
<img ... some attirbs ... src="anImage.jpg" ... other attribs ... >
- or -
<img ... some attribs ... src='anImage.jpg" ... other attribs ... >
I need to grab
anImage.gif/jpg
as appropriate without all the surrounding html so that I can validate both it's existence and that it is not zero length in other code.
I have wracked my brain on this one (I'm a slow study on regex stuff) for the past two days and googled my ass off to find anything that might just solve this for me - to no avail.
I plead anyone that knows regex stuff to help with this.
